My family and I had an amazing Christmas stay! The staff was very hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were grateful for the complimentary hot chocolate bar and fresh baked cookies in the evening. The location was also great, just a short drive away from all the holiday festivities. Additionally, the room was very clean and cozy, making us feel right at home.

The only downside to our stay was the lack of variety in breakfast options. We wish there were more options to choose from besides the basic continental breakfast. However, it was still a decent meal to start off our day. our stay was wonderful and we hope to return again in the near future.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, ensuring that we made it to our flight on time. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the stunning view from our room, and the on-site leisure facilities were impressive. As adventure travelers, we particularly liked the opportunity to try out the outdoor pool and gym during our stay.

The hotel's Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable.

We had a great weekend at a hotel in Harrisburg. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, which made our stay much more enjoyable. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was convenient, with lots of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the delicious breakfast, which had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel was a bit pricey for our budget, but it was worth it for the great service and amenities. The only other downside was that the hotel did not have a pool, which would have been a nice addition for some extra relaxation. we had a pleasant experience at this hotel and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast included cooked to order omelettes, which was a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located near major area attractions and a well-known store. We also appreciated the pool and fitness center.

The room fridge was quite small, and there was noise from other guests in the hallways.

Location is good and the rooms are comfortable and well decorated.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Everything was great!

We were going to Heshey Park for a concert. This hotel was great and a great value, but a good 20 minute drive from the venue.

The foyer and breakfast area are very pretty and clean.

The beds had a comfort knob but it didn't work. Just get regular beds and upgrade to nicer thread count sheets.

Very close to Farm Area for Mecum Car Auctions - great location ....

The staff at checkin charged my Discover card a $50/night incidentals charge in case we "skipped out" without paying for meals, etc.... I think that was awful and we should have been advised of this beforehand. Thank you, Karen FAlkowski

The staff and manager, Jon Gays, were over-the-top wonderful, providing exceptional service. They could not possibly have been more helpful or friendly. He graciously went out of his way to assist many of our guests on the patio with dinner for our young lacrosse players, assist with finding local facilities, and responded to every request with kindness! SUPER SERVICE!

The Sleep Number bed was saggy initially, but the broken unit was VERY promptly replaced, again with wonderful service! Room size could've been slightly bigger, but was on par with all other hotels in the area.

There were spots on my bathroom floor and toilet seat. It appeared the room was cleaned then briefly used.

Cleaniliness

There was a group of sports families - parents drank on outside pooldeck - while unruly teenage boys overtook indoor pool - very dangerous situation as this teenage group was not supervised and they were very aggressive in pool - to the point where you could not swim in this pool.
